At the moment, all products are final sale.
If you want to return your product, they need to be unused (we don’t accept anything that’s been open), in its original condition, and not a final sale item. Once you’re good to go here, we can accept your return request.
Get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please email with your order number and your reasons for wanting a return. Please allow 10-14 working days from our receipt of your return for us to process your refund. It may take 3-5 working days for any refunds to appear on your bank statement.
If you need to exchange a product, get in touch with us at email@example.com, and we’ll figure it out. If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you.
